It’s not just Fur Rondy, it’s also Roller Derby Rondy — as Anchorage’s Rage City Rollergirls All Stars take on the visiting Fairbanks Rollergirls All Stars in Brawl of the Wild 3. The action takes place March 3 at the Dena’ina Center in downtown Anchorage. A portion of ticket sales will benefit Girl Scouts of Alaska.
The Juneau Rollergirls will face off against the Yukon Rollergirls in their very first international roller derby bout on Saturday, February 18. Come cheer on the Juneau travel team as they defend their home turf against their Canadian neighbors.
