It’s not just Fur Rondy, it’s also Roller Derby Rondy — as Anchorage’s Rage City Rollergirls All Stars take on the visiting Fairbanks Rollergirls All Stars in Brawl of the Wild 3. The action takes place March 3 at the Dena’ina Center in downtown Anchorage. A portion of ticket sales will benefit Girl Scouts of Alaska.

Avoid downtown parking by taking the Peanut Farm shuttle (5227 Old Seward Hwy; see map) and leave the driving to them. After the bout get delivered back to the Peanut Farm and stick around for the after-party and dance the night away with your favorite roller girls.
